4rabet withdrawal: why a payout waits, and the checks that move it

A 4rabet withdrawal that will not go through is held back, most of the time, by one of four things: money still tied to an unfinished bonus wager, an account that has not been verified, a payout method or name that does not match the deposit, or a request still sitting in its pending window. Check them in that order before you write to anyone. None of them is fixed by sending the request again and again.

Is the money you want to withdraw bonus money?
This is the cause behind most "withdrawal not working" complaints. When you take a deposit bonus, part of your balance is bonus balance, and it carries a wager: a total you must stake before it turns into cash you can take out. Until that total is reached, the cashier will either refuse the request or pay out only the part that was never bonus.
How to see where you stand: open the bonus section of your account, not the banner on the home screen, and look for the remaining wager. If it is above zero, the payout is waiting on that, not on 4rabet's bank. Our bonus page explains how a wager is counted and why some games barely move it.
Has the account been verified?
Betting sites that pay out in India normally verify the person behind an account before the first withdrawal, and sometimes again at larger amounts. Expect a request for an identity document and proof that the payout account belongs to you. Two things slow this down more than anything else:
- A name that does not match. Account holder, ID document and receiving bank or UPI ID have to name one and the same adult. Sending winnings to a brother's or a parent's UPI is one of the usual reasons a request bounces.
- Unclear photos. Send the whole document, flat, in daylight, every corner visible. A cropped or blurred upload restarts the wait.
Upload documents only inside the lobby, in the verification section of your account. Nobody from support needs them sent to a WhatsApp number or a Telegram chat.
Is the payout method the same one you deposited with?
Most cashiers send money back the way it came in, at least up to the amount deposited. If you paid in by UPI and ask for a payout to a bank transfer or a wallet you never used, expect a question or a refusal. Use the method you deposited with, under your own name, and the request has nothing to trip over.
Minimum amounts and daily limits are set per method and change. The figure that counts is the one shown in your own cashier at the moment you ask for the payout, not one quoted on a review site.
How long should a 4rabet withdrawal take?
A request first sits as pending while it is checked, then it is sent, then your bank or wallet credits it. The first two steps are the brand's; the last one is your bank's. If the cashier shows the request as completed and the money is not there, the next call is to your bank with the transaction reference, not to the betting site.
If the request stays pending far longer than the cashier says it should:
- 1Take a screenshot of the request with its date, amount and reference.
- 2Check the bonus wager and the verification status first, since either one can hold it silently.
- 3Write to support from inside the lobby, from the email on the account, with the screenshot attached.
Do not cancel and re-send the request more than once; each new request starts the checks over.
